1. Services

Reflectra provides GPS tracking devices, AIS140 compliant devices, installation services, and vehicle tracking software services.

2. User Responsibility

The customer is responsible for proper use of the device and services. Reflectra is not responsible for misuse of the device or illegal use.

3. Subscription & Renewal

GPS services are valid as per the selected subscription plan. Services may be suspended if renewal is not completed.

4. Payments

All payments made for devices, installation, and subscription are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Service Availability

Service depends on mobile network availability and GPS signal. Reflectra is not responsible for downtime due to network issues.

6. Limitation of Liability

Reflectra shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to vehicle or goods. The GPS device is a tracking aid only.
